An updated set of diagrams of virion morphology arranged by host and genome type at the family level, are now available and are intended to give an overview of the diversity of known forms.
The new 2023 ICTV taxonomy is now available in both our traditional tabular browser: https://ictv.global/taxonomy and also in our new Visual Taxonomy browser: https://ictv.global/taxonomy/visual-browser . This second release of the visual browser adds new search capabilities to find your taxon of interest, and have the browser automatically expand to display the selected taxon.
