Members of this genus infect Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum. The first isolate to be described was Pectobacterium phage PM1. No terminal repeats have been reported for suwonvirus genomes. On average the genome of viruses belonging to this genus are 54.22 kbp (44.9 % G+C) and encode 71 proteins and 0–1 tRNAs.
The single member of this genus (Escherichia phage vB_EcoM-4HA13) infects Escherichia coli. The unique sequence of the genome of this phage is 52.40 kbp (42.8 % G+C), containing terminal repeats of about 3 kbp, with 81 protein coding gene.
The only member of this genus infects Proteus mirabilis (Tran et al., 2019). The genome of Proteus phage Myduc is 53.39 kbp (39.3 %G+C) and encodes 79 proteins.
Members of the only species in this genus infect Erwinia amylovora. No terminal repeats have been reported for Erwinia phage Faunus. This genome is 54.07 kbp (43.6 %G+C) and encodes 78 proteins and no tRNAs.
Members of this subfamily infect Aeromonas and Shewanella sp. Virus genomes are, on average, 52 kbp (51.9 %G+C) and encode 68 proteins.
