The ICTV maintains a GitHub site that contains all public releases of our source code and data: https://github.com/ICTV-Virus-Knowledgebase.

DOIs for stable releases of these resources including the most recent release of the Master Species Lists (MSL) and the Virus Metadata Resource spreadsheets (VMR) are available from the ICTV Zenodo web site: https://zenodo.org/communities/ictv/. This includes the latest release of all ICTV Data and application source code from GitHub.
