Dear Sir

My query is regarding the Human Papillomaviridae family where the last (MSL38) report viewed it as ssDNA virus. Please check the spreadsheet to correct the assingment given to it.

Re: HPV

Hello,

We are in the process of updating our database to fix the genome composition entry for all papilloma viruses as well as for a few others that have incorrect data. This occurred when we made a change to the database in how we handle hierarchical metadata in the rank structure. Fixing this is taking a bit longer than anticipated, but I will be sure to post a followup when the fix has been made.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention,

Elliot
