Species unassigned to a genus

These species are currently unassigned due to a lack of sequence information. They were formerly classified in the now defunct genus Alphacryptovirus with the exceptions of Agaricus bisporus virus 4, Gaeumannomyces graminis virus 0196A and Gaeumannomyces graminis virus T1A (now defunct genus Partitivirus), and Carrot temperate virus 2 (now defunct genus Betacryptovirus) (Ghabrial et al., 2012).
